I was the heaviest I had ever been in the picture on the left. I wasnโt happy with my weight or how I felt. BUT I forced myself to be okay with it. Deep down inside I was miserable and crying from the inside out. I hated the way I felt or looked. Physcially mentally and emotionally I was drowning.
I knew I needed to change something but didnโt know how to do it. My self esteem was so low and I thought I had tried everything. Nothing ever worked (well, now I know I self sabotaged anything I tried) I was grumpy and tired, all the time. It was effecting every aspect of my life and my family. I honestly gave up on getting healthy or losing weight. I figured I was getting older, five kids and just no motivation to exercise. I became complaisant.
